1. Our Services

Notice Me Reviews provides business review collection, website review displays, and optional reputation monitoring and presentation.

Services vary according to the plan selected. Current service descriptions, setup fees, and subscription prices are available on our Pricing page.

We provide the features included in your selected plan and the applicable setup and onboarding assistance.

2. Enrollment and Monthly Billing

You pay the applicable one-time setup fee when you enroll in a service. Your 30-day introductory period begins on the enrollment date.

Equipment delivery or service activation does not restart the introductory period. The monthly subscription price depends on the plan selected.

Subscription payments are processed through our authorized payment provider. You authorize recurring charges according to the billing terms presented at checkout. For months without the corresponding calendar date, the billing processor may use the final day of that month.

3. Equipment and Text Messaging

Review Collection plans include one programmed NFC countertop plate or one portable QR review card, as described in the selected plan. Additional devices may be purchased separately.

Multiple cards associated with one business location do not automatically require separate monthly subscriptions.

Review Collection subscriptions include a monthly messaging allowance. Businesses with higher messaging usage may incur additional charges under the disclosed allowance, overage rates, and their authorization.

You are responsible for providing accurate business information and the permissions needed to activate your selected services.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

The one-time setup fee becomes non-refundable once we have ordered your NFC review plate or QR card, or configured your website Reputation Badge, as applicable.

Your first monthly subscription payment is scheduled 30 days after enrollment.

After your first paid subscription month, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period, and you will not be charged for the following month, provided your cancellation request is received before your next renewal date.

Monthly subscription payments already collected are not prorated or refunded, except where required by applicable law.

5. Honest Reviews and Testimonials

Our services are intended to help businesses request genuine customer feedback, respond professionally, and display eligible customer reviews.

Customers remain free to leave positive or negative reviews. Our services must not be used to create fake reviews, offer prohibited review incentives, or selectively request only positive feedback.

Website Reputation Badges may display selected five-star reviews as featured customer praise. These selections should not be represented as the business's entire review history.

Any testimonials or Private Praise materials supplied for publication must be genuine and used with appropriate permission.

6. Third-Party Platforms and Service Limitations

Some features depend on Google, review platforms, messaging providers, website integrations, and other outside services.

Availability of particular review sources or features may vary. Reputation monitoring does not mean every supported platform will have an active profile for your business.

We do not guarantee any particular number of customer reviews, a five-star rating, improved search rankings, or increased sales.

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

7. Accounts, Privacy, and Responsible Use

Business customers are responsible for keeping account access information secure, providing accurate business details, and using the services lawfully.

Where businesses use customer contact information or automated messaging, they are responsible for obtaining applicable permissions and consent.

8. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms of Service when our services, billing arrangements, or business practices change. Material changes affecting existing subscriptions will be communicated as required by law and applicable agreements.
