Yes, genuine positive reviews can improve the overall rating and reduce the relative impact of older negative feedback. However, the negative reviews remain visible on Google, and specific improvements are not guaranteed.
Will my website show only five-star reviews?
The featured Reputation Badge is designed to highlight eligible five-star Google reviews. It is a promotional showcase, not a representation of every review your business has received. Visitors should also be able to access your complete Google review profile.
Do you remove negative reviews?
No. Legitimate negative reviews remain on Google. Reviews that violate Google's policies may be reported to Google, which makes the final removal decision.
Can I request reviews only from happy customers?
No. Google prohibits selectively soliciting only positive reviews. Our collection process gives customers an equal opportunity to share honest feedback regardless of their experience.
When does my first monthly payment begin?
The introductory period begins at enrollment. You pay the one-time setup fee initially, and the first monthly subscription payment is scheduled 30 days after enrollment. Equipment delivery does not restart the introductory period.
